Baxter Designs LLC has been in business for over 10 years as a high end work room for Philadelphia area interior designers and commercial clients. Through the designers we service, we have created unique products such as designer throw pillows for Barney's in NYC. Some of the most beautiful designer fabrics come through our work room on a regular basis. As a gift for our designers we fashioned these tote bags for them to use for their clients, then as donations for charitable auctions. We then started taking orders as interest grew.
Taking the most popular of these designer fabrics, we have now created a line of luxury tote bags and handbags for the wholesale trade. These Handbags have 100% silk lining and the outside designer fabrics are treated for durability and stain resistance. We offer totes in 3 sizes, the file tote and large sizes are our signature totes that are big enough to serve as a briefcase. The smaller magazine bag is a great tote for smaller items and can double as a handbag. We also now offer Crossbodys, Clutches, and zipper pouches.
Our line of pillows includes high end designer fabrics as well as decorator cotton and linen fabrics. Pillows can be custom made to any size and are filled with 90/10 feather down inserts.

In 2012 Baxter Designs was a Belk department store showcase winner and our tote bags and clutches are in 41 Belk stores throughout the South and online at Belk.com.
In 2014 Baxter Designs designed and produced silk spa bags especially for Michelle Obama to be given to the leaders of the African summit in August 2014.
